General 450EM3

Cleaning machines

The General 450EM3 is a sewer and drain cleaning machine that uses a flexible rotating shaft fed through pipes to clear blockages. It is designed for professional drain cleaning contractors and municipal maintenance crews working on medium to large diameter lines. The machine pairs a powered cable drum with interchangeable cutting heads for different types of stoppages.

We recognise this model across the auction sites and keep every one we see together.

On a used one

Check the condition of the flexible cable or shaft for kinks, fraying or stretching, as replacement is a significant cost. Inspect the drive motor, clutch and cable drum for wear, and ask about hours of use and maintenance history.
