CAT 305E2 CR

Construction and earthmoving machines

The Cat 305E2 CR is a five tonne class mini excavator with a compact radius design, so the rear of the upper structure stays close to the tracks when it slews. It is powered by a Cat C2.4 diesel engine and was widely used by contractors and rental fleets for trenching, utility work, landscaping and work beside walls or in traffic. It sat in the middle of the Caterpillar mini excavator range of its generation.
